DEPOSIT POLICY:I require a $300 non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. The reason for this policy is that once you place a deposit, I then hold a spot for you. Since I only accept 2-3 deposits per litter and my puppies are often reserved months in advance, that means that I often have to turn people away when they call me looking for a puppy because I've reserved a spot for someone who has placed a deposit. Placing a deposit also indicates to me that you are serious about getting a puppy, that it is a decision that has been well thought out and that you are truly committed to getting a puppy.
If you have to cancel your puppy deposit at any time you may either move your deposit to a future litter or if you choose to not get a puppy at all, you will forfeit your entire deposit. If, for some reason, there are not enough puppies to fulfill all of the deposits for a litter, then your deposit will be moved to the next litter. Total cost for a puppy is $2900 *Note-I try very hard not to overbook my litters. I only accept 2-3, occasionally 4 deposits per litter. The final balance is due once your puppy is born and must be paid in full no later than when the puppy turns 4 weeks of age or your deposit will be moved to a different litter. Updated 1/4/23 |

PRICE: My puppies are $2900 regardless of gender or color. Our puppies come with a Five Year Genetic Health Guarantee. In addition to the guarantee, I also have a fabulous Puppy Package that you can read about on this website as well. My adult dogs are also DNA tested for genetic defects and OFA certified for their hearts and patellas. Our goal is to produce the healthiest, friendliest, and most beautiful schnauzer puppies that we possibly can. Your new baby will come pre-spoiled from a loving home environment where they will have been held and loved daily from Day One. They will be introduced to children, other dogs and even cats before they go home with you at 8 weeks of age. If you are interested in learning more, please don't hesitate to contact me.
