Please fill out the Puppy Application below ONLY if you have reviewed my website and are ready to reserve a puppy. If you have chosen me for your breeder and are willing to wait for one of my puppies, submit an application and I will contact you promptly if approved.
If you just have a question, then please either call me (269) 986-1400 or email me using the Contact Form on my website.

The purpose of the application is to make sure that you are a good fit for one of my puppies. In addition, my website helps you to get to know me as a breeder and the application helps me to get to know you as a dog owner. Thank you!

Our puppies' tails are left natural. Tail docking is purely cosmetic and is a painful, stressful and unnecessary procedure. I understand that my puppy will have a natural tail. *

You need to realize that if you work full time, potty training can be harder and take longer. The same holds true if you have small children at home. I recommend thinking long and hard before deciding to purchase a puppy. Having a flexible work schedule or being willing to hire someone to come to your home to let your puppy out to go potty is ideal. Consistency is the key!

Are you willing to place a $300 non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy? **I understand that sometimes it does not work out and you cannot get a puppy as planned. In this case, if you do change your mind or something happens, you may move your deposit to a future litter or choose to forfeit your deposit. If, for some reason I do not have enough puppies to fulfill all of the deposits on your litter, your deposit will be moved to the top of the list for the next litter due (keeping with order of deposits received). *

The full purchase price is $2900. The remaining balance due after $300 deposit is $2600. The balance is due in FULL WHEN YOUR PUPPY IS BORN and no later than when he/she reaches 4 weeks of age. Failure to pay in full by 4 weeks will result in forfeiture of your deposit and your puppy will be sold to the next person in line. *

Puppies go home at around 8 weeks old and I always send them home on a Saturday ONLY. Please make sure that you have worked with your schedule so that you can get your puppy on a Saturday and I will let you know in advance of the date. I typically schedule families to come between the hours of 10:00am-4:00pm. This is so that I do not have people coming on several different days and times throughout the week. I have a family and activities outside of breeding. Thank you in advance for planning your schedule around your new puppy. If you are unable to pick your puppy up on the designated Pick Up Day, I do charge a boarding fee of $35/week for every week that your puppy is here past Pick Up Day. You will also be responsible for any additional vaccinations that the puppy requires if you need me to keep him/her for an extended period of time. If you are unable to make it to the designated Pick Up Day, we will reschedule for the following Saturday. *
